How to solve content pack installation issue with Error code:27?



As to the content pack installing issue of Error code:27, this should be the installer has not been downloaded completely, you will need to re-download and then install it again.

Please check the followings before you continue: -

1) Please make sure you login with Administrator privilege on your PC when you install the program.
2) Please run "Windows Update" and check whether it is the latest version. If Windows isn't updated ceaselessly, several issues might be occurred.
3) Please delete Temp files by the following steps: -
a) Click "Start" -> "Run".
b) Enter %Temp%, and then click OK .
c) Delete all of them.
d) Go to C:\Windows\Temp
e) Delete all of them.
4) Please go to location below to delete TemplateFiles and/or sharedTemplateFiles folder and its files: -
Vista/Win7/Win8/Win10: -
C:\ProgramData\Reallusion
WinXP: -
C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Application Data\Reallusion

* NOTE: The Reallusion\TemplateFiles folder is a hidden folder and may not appear. To view hidden files and folders, do the followings: -
i) Open the Control Panel.
ii) Double-click Folder Options.
iii) On the View tab, under Hidden files and folders, click Show hidden files and folders. If still not able to locate the folder, please skip to step#5.
5) Please re-download the installer and save it in local drive, then install the content pack again from there.

We recommend downloading using a Download Manager such as the free "FlashGet". This will enable you to continue the download should it get interrupted and also reduces the risk of a corrupted file.
