For Windows OS: -
i) Select the "Start" menu, click "run" or press <Win Key> + <R> for Windows 8/10.
ii) Input "dxdiag" & click "ok".
iii) It will check your system for a while, after finish, click "save all information".
iv) Save "DxDiag.txt".
For Mac OS: -
i) Click top-left apple icon
ii) Select 'About This Mac'
iii) Click "More info..." button
iv) Click "System Report..." button, and display System information (System Profile)
v) Select File on top-menu bar, and click "Save..." button to save
