Since Leap Motion's website is now providing a download for Leap Motion Orion version 4, but our Leap Motion profile needs version 3.2.1., then please download it here:

Please note that you will need to sign up for a free account for that download. Simply un-install version 4, and install this one instead, and it should connect properly.
Make sure to use the FREE MOCAP-READY TEMPLATES to start experiencing hand motion capture, because the correct initial arm and hand axes are crucial for ensuring consistent hand gesture movements.
