For 32-bit Win OS, do the following:
1) If you are not sure, then check the below page to determine whether your computer is running a 32-bit version or 64-bit version of the Windows Operating System. If you do know, then skip to step #2: -

2) Exit the current Reallusion Hub (64-bit version) by right-clicking the Reallusion Hub icon in the system tray (taskbar) and select "Quit".
3) Uninstall the Reallusion Hub (64-bit version) via Control Panel.

4) Download and install Reallusion Hub 32-bit version: -
