TGA, GIF
- These image formats are not compatible with popVideo 3.

AVI, WMV, MPG, MPEG, MOV
- Dragging the above file formats into the popVideo 3 is supported.

MP4, MTS, M2V, M2T, AVC, M2TS
- These files cannot be dragged in, and instead need to be imported from the dialog option by selecting all files format (*.*).

If you have received an error message that your computer does not have the required codecs installed, then please make sure that your system has the following codecs installed.

K-lite Codec Pack modification and configuration has been reported to cause issues with some programs.
To get around these issues we recommend that you restore your filter configurations by uninstalling the K-lite Codec Pack, after you have imported and converted your videos using popVideo 3.
