Neuron currently does not support the Timecode generator SDK output (it can read the Timecode generator SDK, but the system does not support data output. Therefore, when the user connects a Timecode generator, they can see the Timecode change, but this information cannot be output to iClone or other software).

If the user selects Neuron as the timecode source, it will use Neuron's custom Timecode (the Timecode data is based on the Neuron app’s start time).

Here are our recommended workarounds for Neuron users:

Single Device Mocap (only Neuron):
It is recommended to use Master clock: system time as the timecode source.

Multiple Devices Mocap (Neuron + other device):
It is recommended to use Master clock: system time or another non-Neuron device as the timecode source
