How do I reset the Smart Gallery's database to restore default?

I purchased a pack and it included a plug-in tool. When I use the tool, I got a 'data not found' message, but the data is already in the Smart Gallery. How do I fix this?

My content is installed and shows in the Content Manager but not in the Smart Gallery, how can I get it to show in the Smart Gallery?

Why does my iClone content appear in Character Creator? If I don't want to show or duplicate the files in Character Creator, what do I do?
