If CC3 Pipeline can export CC characters with motion to Blender, how do I send the motion capture data from iClone 7 to CC3?

I see it on the avatar but I'm not sure if I can just take the hair into Blender alone. Does CC3 export hair to Blender?

I would like to export to Blender which I can already do directly from Character Creator 3, do I need to have 3Dxchange to export my lipsync animations from iClone?
