How come when I Launch a file in CorelDraw, make changes to it, and save as SVG, the changes are not reflected back in CTA5?

Software Specification

Due to limitations with CorelDraw, one will need to save the file as SVG to: C:\Users\<Username>\AppData\Local\Temp\CTA5Temp\SVG_Cache\ for the correct result in CTA5.
