This is a known issue for Windows 8/10/11 in which the Hyper-V windows feature is turned on. You may have Hyper-V as part of the Windows Phone SDK or Windows 8/10/11 version is turned on Hyper-V by default.

Other than the mentioned Hyper-V, make sure to turn the below Windows features (in Control Panel) off: -
1. Hyper-V
2. Windows Sandbox
3. Windows Subsystem for Linux
4. Virtual Machine Platform
5. Windows Hypervisor Platform
6. Guarded Host

Please disable them before you install Reallusion program and you may enable them back after you have installed the Reallusion program.

Also, turn off the virtualization function from the BIOS and confirm whether certain virtualization-related applications are installed, eg: Docker Desktop.

Last but not least, update your graphics card or network card driver.
