UPDATE (10/23/19):
Nvidia have now released a new driver update which should now resolve the launch issues for iClone and Character Creator. The new driver update is numbered 440.97 and can be downloaded using the link below. Of course the game ready drivers released between 431.60 and 440.97 will still not work so only the latest 440.97 game ready drivers should be installed if you wish to update from 431.60.

We have become aware of an issue with the latest Nvidia Drivers (436.02 or newer) which causes problems launching iClone or Character Creator. Because of these issues, please do not upgrade to driver version 436.02 or later until we have a fix from Nvidia. We are in communication with them about this now.
If you have updated your driver, then please download an earlier version. You can search for your card here, and just install an older driver from the displayed list. We are recommending the 431.x driver.

Make sure you choose the custom install, and then check the box for a clean install on the following page of the installer.
This is effecting a few games as well, according to the Nvidia forums. We are working with Nvidia to resolve this.
