After a fresh installation, it is normal for the application to hang for 10 to 20 minutes during the first initialization. Although no progress indicator is displayed during this period, you can monitor the batch log window for updates. If the application still does not respond after 20 minutes, it is recommended that you restart your computer and try launching the application again.
After every system restart, the application may take around five minutes to open. As mentioned earlier, no progress indicator will be displayed during this time, but the batch log window will show the current status and updates. If the application still does not respond after 10 minutes, restarting your computer and trying again is recommended.
These delays occur whether the application is installed from NVIDIA’s GitHub page or from the zip file provided by Reallusion. This behavior is specific to the officially released version of Omniverse software and cannot be resolved through affiliate channels (including Reallusion). Please remain patient during the initialization phase.
