Why can’t I establish a connection with our local virtual server?

Follow the steps below to troubleshoot your connection to your local virtual server:

Delete all existing virtual servers.
Recreate your virtual server by following the installation guide.
Make sure you are signing in with the “admin” account in the browser.
Verify that the newly created virtual disk is present after completing the steps above.

Important Notice:
In some cases, temporary or leftover files can interfere with the creation of a virtual disk. If this occurs, restart your computer, reset the system environment, and repeat the steps above.
